Even the most experienced real estate agents need support from time to time. Despite working from home or on-the-go, BMR provides its agents with the same level of support as if they were in the office. That includes patching their calls through to mobile devices, emailing and faxing important documents, an online profile that showcases their attributes and experience, and of course 90-100% Commission on all transactions.
In addition to these benefits, agents are also given the option of direct deposit, meaning that they do not need to visit a BMR branch to receive compensation. This all done with the goal of advocating self-sufficiency – a quality expected of every member of Belle Maison Realty.
Agent Training – Both New & Experienced
A large aspect of our support network is training. BMR is proud to announce that it provides training sessions to experienced and new agents alike with the help of renowned real estate sales management and corporate trainer Joe Meyer. With over 30 years of experience, Joe Meyer specializes in hosting seminars and training sessions around the country. BMR provides its agents with Joe Meyer’s hands-on training, up to 12 sessions per year, free of charge.
Provided with three 1-on-1 training sessions with Joe Meyer
Must attend one training session with Joe Meyer per quarter (every 3 months)
Note: All agents are provided with one training session with Joe Meyer per month
